Dr. Margaret Harrell is currently the Chief Program Officer at the Bob Woodruff Foundation. She previously served as a senior Pentagon appointee in the Obama Administration and as a senior researcher at the RAND Corporation. Dr. Harrell has published more than 70 articles, books, and reports pertaining to veteran and military service members, families, and caregivers.
